My contribution
I was responsible for production and the marketing plan. My work included artist bookings, hosting, leading the promotion team, and social and search marketing. I also supported bar arrangements and staff recruitment.
What the work delivered
The project brought together advance marketing, artist coordination, staffing and event-day production.
