I wanted to use local knowledge retrieval when handling sales enquiries at Nice Events.
My contribution
I built an n8n workflow that classifies a message marked as a lead, retrieves information from scoped sources and prepares a reply draft. It checks the contact and opportunity in Twenty CRM and sends a notification through Telegram.
What the work delivered
The workflow produces a Gmail draft for review. A person checks and sends the reply; the workflow does not send customer messages automatically.
